Copyright Capital SA ("Copyright Capital", "we") is the data controller for this site. We are registered in Switzerland at Rue du Nant 8, 1207 Geneva.

This notice covers the funding estimate form on this site. It does not cover the Copyright Capital mobile app, which has its own terms.

When you complete the funding estimate we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), country, preferred contact method, your channel URL or handle, your subscriber count and content category (both optional), your approximate average monthly YouTube revenue, and how that revenue is trending.

We collect this for one purpose: to assess whether a catalog licence is viable for your channel and to contact you about it. The channel and revenue figures are what the estimate is calculated from; the contact details are how we reach you with an offer.

We also record which campaign or referring site brought you here (UTM parameters and referrer) so we know which marketing is working, and the estimate range you were shown, so that figure stays auditable if you later question it.

We do not run a credit check on you, and we do not share your details with credit reference agencies.

We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not pass them to third-party advertisers or lead brokers.

We do not ask for bank details, card numbers or account credentials through this form. If anything claiming to be us ever does, it is not us.

We rely on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry you initiated. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Your submission is stored in our own database, hosted by Supabase, and a notification is sent to the funding team by email through Resend. Both act as processors on our behalf and are bound to use the data only to provide those services.

Aggregate, non-identifying usage analytics are collected via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. These do not receive your name, email address, phone number or channel details.

If we enter into a licence with you, we keep your records for as long as the agreement runs plus the period our accounting and anti-money-laundering obligations require — typically ten years under Swiss law.

If nothing comes of the enquiry, we keep the lead for up to 24 months in case you come back to us, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. Email the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In Switzerland, that is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

The funding range this site produces is an indicative estimate generated from the handful of figures you provide. It is not an offer of finance, not a credit decision, and not advice. Any actual offer follows a channel review and is set out in writing.

An upfront payment for licensing catalog revenue may be treated as taxable income depending on where you live. We are not tax advisors — please take your own advice before signing anything.
