This notice covers this website, creator accounts, funding applications and the administration of production advances. Other Copyright Capital products may have separate notices.

We process your email address and verification status, account identifiers, name, country, channel details, requested advance, reported revenue and the information you provide during review. We use this information to manage your account, assess your request, prepare offers and communicate with you.

We also retain application status, communications, review records and operational audit information so the team can administer your request and investigate errors or unauthorized activity.

This platform uses YouTube API Services. Before connecting, you separately accept this notice, the YouTube Terms of Service, and access by designated Copyright Capital staff. We record the consent version and date. You choose your channel and authorize read-only channel information, analytics and monetary reports through Google, then confirm the returned channel in your application. We store your channel identifier, title and thumbnail, and, with expanded reporting consent, channel statistics and the past 12 complete calendar months of views, estimated revenue in US dollars, watch time, engagement, subscriber gains and losses, top video identifiers and titles, and aggregate country, traffic source, device, content format and audience age/gender breakdowns when available. Earlier connections retain their original one-month views and revenue reporting until you reconnect with expanded consent. This connection does not let us upload, edit or delete your YouTube content.

With active consent, you and designated staff can view current connected information to review and administer your funding request. We stop displaying imported information when that consent ends or the data expires. YouTube estimates are not proof of settled collections. Connecting analytics does not itself join a CMS or authorize a bank transfer. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

We store an encrypted authorization credential on the server to maintain the connection without asking for your YouTube password. Reports can be refreshed from your application, and active connections are scheduled for daily refresh. Imported data expires 29 days after connection or its last successful refresh. Expired data is immediately hidden from creators and staff, and the scheduled cleanup deletes its stored identifiers, metadata, reports and credential. A channel URL you independently supplied in an earlier application remains a separate application record. We do not copy the channel identity returned by Google into that record.

In your application dashboard, open the Manage YouTube access link in the channel section, then choose Disconnect and revoke Google access and acknowledge the shared-project effects. This immediately removes imported YouTube identifiers, metadata, analytics, monetary reports, authorization credentials and pending connection sessions from all your funding applications. We also request revocation from Google. If revocation cannot be confirmed, the dashboard tells you to finish in your Google Account permissions; local deletion alone does not confirm that Google access was revoked.

Copyright Capital apps may share a Google project. Revoking access through this dashboard or your Google Account can affect other Copyright Capital apps connected through that project, and you may need to reconnect them. You can open Google Account permissions directly at any time. When a connection check detects revoked authorization, we remove the affected connection’s stored credential and imported data.

Disconnecting does not delete your account, application or agreement. Any channel URL independently supplied in an earlier application, along with non-API application, consent and financial records, remains subject to the retention practices below. Analytics withdrawal does not itself change a contractual CMS arrangement. To request deletion of connected data or other account information, contact the privacy address below. Removing data here does not delete your YouTube channel or its content.

If your request progresses, we collect identity verification documents, the bank beneficiary and account information needed for verification and payout, relevant AdSense matching information, signed agreements and electronic signing evidence.

Authorized staff use these records to check funding conditions, process and reconcile external bank transfers, record collections and maintain monthly statements. Bank information is masked in routine views and documents are held privately. We do not ask for your online banking password or authorize payments by asking you to email credentials.

The platform uses Supabase for account and data services, Resend for operational email and DocuSign for electronic signing when configured. Google provides connected YouTube services. These services process the information needed to perform their respective functions.

Access is limited to the creator account owner and staff with the relevant operational permissions. Finance and payment providers may receive the details necessary to process or verify a transfer. Depending on provider configuration, information may be processed outside your country.

We process information to respond to your request, take steps toward an agreement, perform an accepted agreement, operate and protect the service and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Where a feature requires your permission, such as Google authorization, you control that permission.

Required service messages include verification codes, application updates, information requests, offers, signing tasks, payout changes, statements and payment reminders. These messages are part of administering your account and funding.

Essential account cookies support sign-in and secure sessions. Public marketing pages use configured Google Analytics, Google Ads and a Meta page-view pixel. Page URLs are sent without query strings or fragments. Application, sign-in, dashboard and administration routes are excluded from marketing analytics; account and funding information is not sent through those page-view events.

We retain information for the time needed to assess applications, administer agreements, resolve disputes and satisfy applicable accounting and legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and whether an agreement was entered into. Contact us for the retention information applicable to your account or to request deletion; some contractual and financial records may need to be retained.

Contact us to request access to your information, corrections, deletion or a restriction on its use. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You can revoke Google access independently through your Google Account.

If you disagree with how your information is handled, contact us so we can investigate. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority where applicable.
